Judge cites "Unclean Hands, Sham Transfers, Misconduct, and Bad Faith" in 27-page Final Order
Back in 2016 Arcturus was maliciously sued with no cause or standing by a group of Iraqi nationals and the malicious legal firm of Hays, Potter, and Martin LLP in Fulton County, GA Superior Court, In March 2022, the judge ruled they had no standing, no grounds to sue, and awarded Arcturus $296,821 in sanctions against the Plaintiff, their law firm, and the lawyers individually.
